Where to get Primevil - Guild Wars Forums

Can anyone please tell me where to obtain 15k Primevil Dervish armour? It's the only style I'm going to fork out my Gold on, and I thought you get it from the Bone Palace, though I am not sure how far in the game you have to progress. Thanks in advance for any help.

Aww damn, so I'm stuck with 1k Elonian for now. Well 70 armour isn't bad, and thanks for the help!
